根据省、安庆市委统一部署，我市将选派优秀机关干部到软弱涣散村任职，现将有关事项公告如下：
一、人选基本条件
选派干部的基本条件是：中共正式党员，政治素质好，“四个意识”强，坚决贯彻执行党的路线方针政策，热爱农村工作；有较强的组织协调能力和开拓创新意识，敢于担当，善于做群众工作；有两年以上工作经历，事业心和责任感强，作风扎实，不怕吃苦，甘于奉献；具有正常履行职责的身体条件。
主要从我市机关优秀年轻干部、后备干部，国有企业、事业单位的优秀人员和以往因年龄原因从领导岗位上调整下来、尚未退休的干部中选派，有农村工作经验或涉农方面专业技术特长的优先。鼓励符合条件的优秀后备干部积极报名参加选派。乡镇机关不参加选派。
二、主要职责任务
本次选派干部到我市软弱涣散村任党组织第一书记，任期1-3年。主要任务是建强基层组织、推动经济发展、为民办事服务、提升治理水平等。
三、其他有关事项
1、选派干部在村任职期间，原则上不承担派出单位工作，原人事关系、工资和福利待遇不变，党组织关系转到村。
2、选派干部任职期满后，由派出单位会同市委组织部进行考核，考核结果作为评选先进、提拔使用、晋升职级的重要依据，对任职期间表现优秀的在同等条件下优先使用。
3、本次选派干部纳入我市第七批选派帮扶干部一并管理。选派单位安排适当的交通补助和每月元的生活补助，市里比照选派帮扶干部政策每年安排元办公经费。
凡符合选派条件自愿报名的，请于3月4日下午4时前在本单位或直接到市委组织部选派协调办报名。
